1. We deliver our products anywhere within the UK and we now take orders from Mainland Europe *

2. Free postage on orders over £100 applies only to mainland UK & Northern Ireland, however it does not apply to highlands and islands. Minimum order value is £10.50.

3.  Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers to the email address supplied with your order.

4. We only accept payment by credit card, debit card and PayPal Call +44(0)1737 645 0318 for telephone orders.

5. We are able to take payment from the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, DELTA, Switch and Solo. We are sorry but we are unable to accept American Express or Diners Club credit cards.

6. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Postage for all deliveries within the UK.  We endeavour to dispatch all UK orders next day and European Orders 2-3 working days (a working day is 09.00-17.30 UK time Monday to Friday excluding official holidays). The timing of the arrival of your order then depends on the efficiency of the carriers concerned. Once an order is posted, it is up to the postal carriers to deliver to the customer on time. In certain circumstances, e.g. a postal strike, it is possible that an order will be delayed.

7. For large orders it may divide the orders into separate parcels.

8. Confidentiality - We guarantee not to pass customer's details to 3rd parties other than those engaged in the payment process i.e. our Payment Service Provider  who in turn will contact your Credit card company to verify your details.

Cuisine Africana does not have access to your credit card number since this is sent directly to PayPal.

9. Tax - Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged in accordance with UK Tax regulations at the current applicable rate.

10.  Disclaimer - We reserve the right to decline order requests if we are unable to obtain the ordered items from our suppliers. In the case that we cannot fulfil an order, Cuisine Africana will refund the full amount directly to your credit/debit card.

11. Special offers advertised from time to time are only valid while stocks last.

12. If the price, weight or description of any product has been incorrectly described Cuisine Africana reserves the right to correct the error and to refund the cost of the product in question.

13. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling.
